What I can see

Three skilled and talented friends, Antonis, Vassilis and Savvas have successfully integrated Greek traditional cuisine into an international style. It is hard to say which dishes Extravaganza is most famous for, as the menu changes on a regular basis. For instance, some of the worth mentioning dishes are the breaded oil-cheese with strawberry spoon sweet, the squid with beluga lentils, feta cream and vegan bacon, the lasagna with ground beef and graviera béchamel and many more. Despite the particularly delicate and carefully approached cuisine, Extravaganza’s prices are affordable. There are also vegan options (e.g. cauliflower with satay sauce, almond and Florina pepper), which strengthen the inclusive spirit that governs the restaurant in general. Moreover, in addition to food and sweets, one can also enjoy unique cocktails.

What I can't see

The title “Extravaganza” describes only the content of the dishes and the dining experience. Everything else, such as the space and its atmosphere, exudes simplicity and friendliness, attracting all ages, social classes and social groups. As the owners say, the term “gourmet” means being honest with the clients and develop a relationship based on trust. This relationship has been successful indeed, as Extravaganza has received a People’s Choice Award. Last but not least, the menu is based on products of each season and the raw materials come from small producers and crops from all over the country.
