What I can see
This small apartment building is considered an example of moderate French modernism with art deco elements. It has simple facades, repetition of morphological elements of balconies and openings and an arched opening at the entrance. It consists of a ground floor and 4 floors, with the fourth being recessed.
What I can't see
It is one of the first cases of two-storey apartments (dulplex), i.e. a shrunken form and substitute for the urban mansion (hôtel particulier). It was designed by Dimitris Fotiadis, a graduate of the École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris.
