What I can see
This building is considered a rare and authentic expression of the French modern movement in interwar Athens. It consists of a ground floor and 5 floors, with the fifth being recessed. The ground floor houses a shop and each floor has two apartments. Its volumes have plasticity and the ratio between empty and full parts is harmonious. It also has oriel window elements, circular and corner windows and continuous horizontal balconies with a curve in the corner.
What I can't see
It belonged to Dimitrios Karapanos and was designed by the French architect George Goldberg, in collaboration with Prokopios Vassiliadis.
