What I can see

This complex includes 31 luxury residences from 50 to 200 sqm. The 7th and 8th floor penthouses have private pools and a spectacular view of the city. Each apartment also has a patio, which allows for a greater flow of natural light. The main features of the building are extensive planting, socializing spaces and a small energy footprint. Its colour is light gray and the balconies are diverse, with those on the main facade featuring flower beds and composing the vertical planting of the building, which consists of wild flora, a symbolic counterproposal to the cement of the city.

What I can't see

It was designed by ISV Architects, who introduce a new, more introverted concept of housing, a shell, as of an oyster. Common areas include a gym, meeting room, heated pool, and some media have described it as a New York style residence, due to the way the complex operates, with 24-hour security and concierge services. Its construction cost approximately 12,000,000 euros. It started to be built before the financial crisis. The crisis caused great difficulty in selling the apartments. Many thought that the crisis would last one or two years and then the situation would improve. Finally, the crisis lasted longer and in this complex, as in other similar complexes in the city, the initial estimates were refuted.
