What I can see
It is a residence with a basement, an elevated ground floor, a first floor and a yard. The ground floor and the first floor are clearly separated morphologically. Despite the simplicity of its facades, it is an eclectic building, as can be seen from the cornice, the elaborate balustrades, the decorations on the edges of the ground floor and the frames of its openings, but mainly from the pediment curve on one of the two facades.
What I can't see
It is one of the many residences on Troon Street that create an atmosphere of a calmer, nostalgic Athens of earlier times and an architecture closer to human scale.
