The Emerald Terraces is an apartment building complex of contemporary design, which emphasizes in utilizing natural light.

What I can see
It is a complex of luxury residences and consists of two buildings that are united through their unified design. The first is oblong and more austere, while the second is cubic with freer lines. The spaces are lit with abundant natural light, thanks to the extensive use of glass. Specialized architects designed the garden, in which the water element is prominent.
What I can't see
The goal of the architects (ISV Architects) was the balance between home and work and between activity and tranquility. Each apartment has different characteristics and caters to different preferences. The wooden floor of the apartments also extends to the floor of the balconies, so that it is in harmony with the greenery of the street. Its construction follows the standards of maximum energy autonomy and includes solar panels, rainwater collection tanks, advanced thermal and sound insulation.
