What I can see
The sculpture depicts a red balloon, which is lifting a heavy chain. The balloon symbolizes man’s dreams and his desire to make them come true. This desire can defy the heavy chain and even break it. The title of the sculpture is written in the form of a hashtag in Greek and English, and the artist of the work is indeed unknown.
What I can't see
Here, there used to be a sculpture that was transferred elsewhere, but the pedestal remained in place. The pedestal was empty for a long time. At Christmas 2016, 4 men dressed as Santas, placed the sculpture on the empty pedestal, giving the city a “Christmas present”.
