What I can see
On the sea-front of Thessaloniki and overlooking the sea is the 5 star boutique hotel Daios Luxury. It has 8 floors and the last three are in successive recesses, which give the impression of a boat. The curved shape of the surfaces refers to the waves of the sea and breaks the rigidity of the “earthly” core of the building, which is beige. The glass surfaces are in a shade of blue, referring to the sea and its reflections.
What I can't see
The work of Konstantinos Lefakis and Antonis Stylianidis consists of 49 rooms and suites and the furniture is Italian.
