What I can see

In this area, there were many tobacco warehouses, which is why it was nicknamed “tobacco town”. This is a former tobacco warehouse, typical of the post-war industrial architecture, which was influenced by the pre-war industrial architecture, examples of which we see in more central parts of the city and bear morphological elements of Art Deco and Bauhaus. That is why this building, like others of the same era, is structurally functional. Today, the L-shaped hotel is covered with contemporary materials, while maintaining the original morphology of the building. The opening frames are highlighted and each opening has a metal shade.

What I can't see

It is one of the few cases of old tobacco warehouses that were utilized. Tobacco warehouses were massive structures, which were built far from the centre and close to working-class districts. Many have been abandoned or demolished. The existence of inactive building shells causes degradation of the area. Efforts, however, are being made to utilize these buildings and revitalize the area.
