What I can see
Since nearly a century, this house has remained in an unfinished state. It is, however, a noteworthy example of an eclectic building with many openings, allowing for better natural lighting.
What I can't see
It is better known for the urban legend of being haunted by ghosts. On its sealed windows and doors, icons of the Virgin Mary have been found. The only certainty is that bureaucracy does haunt this house. The current owners are 10, along with the state. The first title deeds of the land belonged to four Turks already since 1909.
