What I can see
Georgopoulos mansion is a four-storey eclectic building with a penthouse that was later enclosed. The central axis has curved balconies from the 2nd to the 4th floor, supported by columns with Corinthian capitals. The balconies acquire a larger space, since the central axis is in retreat, in relation to the facade. The first floor does not have a curved balcony, but has arched openings, unlike those of the other floors, which are rectangular. The cornice, the decorative strips, the built gobbles and the decoration of the balustrades with meanders and floral motifs are also among the eclectic elements.
What I can't see
Many believe that it was an apartment building, due its many floors. It was, however, the residence of the Georgopoulos family and was designed by Georgios Manousos.
