Magginas house is a building of neoclassical architecture on Pireos Street.
Modern and Contemporary era (1821 - )
1870 Built between 1870 and 1895.
1921 Housed the students club of the University of Athens, until it moved to the building on Akadimias and Ippokratous Streets.
2003 Restored.

What I can see
It is a neoclassical residence of late Athenian classicism and consists of an elevated ground floor and upper floor. On the main facade, the openings of the upper floor have pediments and balconies.
What I can't see
It was the residence of the doctor, Member of Parliament, senator, minister and rector of the University of Athens, Spyridon Magginas.
